Changes for deliveries to the UK

BOLDCUP.eu would like to inform you about
changes for deliveries to the UK.

Unfortunately, because of BREXIT, in 2021 we can no longer offer free delivery to the UK, as we only offer free delivery to EU countries.
There are also additional charges for the services of a customs broker, as there is a movement of goods from the EU to a non-EU country.
 
After placing your order on boldcup.eu with a delivery address in the UK, you will receive an additional letter from our customer service with an invoice for transport and the services of customs broker. If you do not have a deferred payment terms, we will ask you to pay this invoice in advance before unloading the manufactured cups or other goods. And if you have deferred payment terms, we will ask you to confirm receiving the invoice by email.

Additional information: Carriers are still preparing to comply with the requirements of crossing the EU - UK border, so the movement of goods from the EU to the UK will start on 11th January. Therefore, for orders to the UK placed before January 10th, we will not be able to guarantee 15 w.d. lead-time.
